Shipping policy

ShakeLuxe Skincare ships orders within the United States. Standard shipping is $15.99 for orders under $75, and free for orders of $75 or more. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment; delays may occur, and we will provide updates when available.

Our products are handcrafted. Orders are processed and shipped within 7–15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order may ship at any time during that period. You will receive shipping information when your order is on its way.

Warm weather: Whipped body butters can soften or melt during transit and may lose their whipped texture or appear less full after settling. This does not affect their quality or scent. If a butter arrives softened, refrigerate it for 15–30 minutes, then allow it to return to room temperature before use. Please retrieve heat-sensitive packages promptly after delivery.
